Ms. Spencer believes that a strong focus on organization and communication is key to a successful project. She strives to be the utmost of professionalism in every aspect and loves to look outside the box to expand her wealth of knowledge in the fields of Stage Management and producing. She has produced shows of varying different types, ranging from traditional musicals to avant-garde performing arts pieces and installations. She continues to explore new ways to communicate with and develop established and emerging artists to expand into this ever evolving world of art.
